FAQ
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–30 minutes. During busy hours it can take up to 24 hours. If it has been longer, contact us with your order ID.
What do you need from me?
Only your Game ID (and Zone ID for MLBB) — that's it! Payment happens through the KHQR code, and you can upload your receipt so we can verify faster.
Do you need my password or OTP?
Never. Top-up only needs your ID. Anyone asking for your password or ABA OTP is a scammer — do not trust them.
I paid but the form failed — what now?
Don't pay again. Contact us with your order ID and a screenshot of your payment receipt and we'll add your order manually.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot deliver your top-up, we refund via ABA once we have verified the transaction. Digital goods already delivered cannot be refunded.
